Inthespringof1944anRAFMosquitoSquadronareorderedtoattackaGermanrocketfuelplantinNorway.Themissioninvolvesflyingupaheavilydefendedfjordandbombingacliffoverhanginanattempttoburythefactory,whichisbuiltintotherock.IboughtthisonDVDina’3for£20’offer,asIhadfondmemoriesofitfromchildhood,andithadbeenaround20yearssinceIlastrememberseeingit.Ihavetosaythatit’snotnearlyasgoodasIrememberedittobe.Theplotisfullofclichesandthere’stheinevitableloveinterestforthelead.Thatsaid,therearepointstorecommendit.CliffRobertsongivesanotherreliableperformanceastheWingCommanderinchargeofthesquadron,andthereareequallydependableturnsfromHarryAndrewsandDonaldHouston.ThenumerousflyingsequenceswiththeMosquitoBombersareexpertlyfilmed,andit’sarealbonustofinallyseethefilminitscorrect2.35:1aspectratio.Thespecialeffectsaren’tbadfor1964,andRonGoodwin’sfamousscoreunderpinsthewholeventure.ThemainproblemthatIhavewiththefilmisthatitborrowsheavilyfrom’TheDamBusters’intermsofplot,withouteverscalingtheheights(nopunintended)ofthatclassic.ItmayhavelushPanavisionphotography,bettereffectsetc.,butlacksthenailbitingtensionandexpertlyconstructeddramaofitspredecessor.However,it’sperfectlyacceptableentertainment,ifsomewhatabruptattheend.Wastheabovecommentusefultoyou杨洋的颜值没的说，热巴是连妆也藏不住的疲态。最重要的是这两个人演技太让人难受了…男主总是端着感受不够放松，女主挤眉弄眼你能感受她很努力的在“演”，打发时间都嫌无趣的电视剧。。
