介绍/评论：Withaninvolved,detailedmysteryandanelegantadversaryplayedbyGaleSondergaard,thisisoneofthemostentertainingfeaturesintheSherlockHolmesseriesofmoviesstarringBasilRathboneandNigelBruce.Thestorygetsalittlefar-fetched,butitisquiteinteresting.ItisloadedwithplotdevicespulledfromseveraldifferentArthurConanDoylestories,andit’sinterestingtoseehowmanyyoucancatch.ItalsofeaturestheusualpleasantcamaraderiebetweenRathboneandBruce,plusDennisHoeyasInspectorLestrade.As"TheSpiderWoman",SondergaardcreatesamemorableopponentforHolmes.Theslightlyexaggeratedrolecannothavebeenmuchofachallengeforsuchafineactress,butsheputsherheartintoit,andlooksasifsheisenjoyingherself-ashercharactercertainlyis.Bycreatingsuchadynamiccharacter,shealsohelpsmakethecomplicatedstoryseemmoreplausible,anditcreatesaworthychallengeforHolmes.Themoviealsocontainstheamusingbitsofdialogueanddetailthatcharacterizedsomanyofthemoviesintheseries.Theclimacticsequence,inparticular,isaverygoodcombinationofsuspenseandwit.Itisafittingwaytocapoffanenjoyableentryinthepopularseries要是按原著拍应该很出色！改编的有点没激情了！罗云熙很合适书中描写的周小山形象，但是和宋茜站一起就有点不搭，罗云熙太瘦了，宋茜一对比显得好壮！
